There are two DFDS Seaways bus departures for each sailing; the first one leaves two and a half hours before the ship's departure and the second one leaves one hour and fifteen minutes before departure. Book in advance or pay the driver when you board.

Getting there by Metro: Take the Tyne & Wear Metro to Percy Main; do not alight at North Shields as this is not the nearest station.
