You might like to eat our buffets as the Scandinavians do – you can use a clean plate for each course and our waiters will take away your used plates and cutlery.
1. Shellfish – e.g. prawns, mussels, crayfish
2. Salads – choose from a selection of salads
3. Cold fish dishes – e.g. smoked fish, fish pâtés
4. Cold meat dishes – e.g. pâtés, cold cuts and fresh
bread. Perhaps accompany these meats with salad
if you’d prefer
5. Hot dishes – we serve hot meat, fish and
vegetarian dishes
6. Dessert – choose from cheese and/or a selection
of sweet deserts
