Once onboard it's time to step out on deck in search of seals, porpoises and birds with our expert wildlife spotters. Later, there will be time to relax and settle in to your comfortable en suite cabins as you sail overnight from Harwich to Esbjerg.

Upon arrival next day, Fanø is just ten minutes by ferry from Esbjerg. The island is internationally important for migrating and feeding birds, as well as being famous for its beautiful beaches, dunes and sweeping landscapes.
Here, we will discover why birds share our passion for travel, as we watch migration in action with thousands of birds making fuel stops en route between their wintering and breeding grounds. In 2009 we watched 50,000 birds of nearly 100 species in a single day – incredible!
Denmark’s largest colony of Common and Grey Seals will also be on the agenda, and we’ll take time out in some beautiful old Scandinavian villages, making this a great short break for anyone with a passion for nature and culture!
