Battle of Warsaw 1920 film premieres in UK supported by DFDS Seaways

One of the most expensive movies in the history of Polish cinema had its UK premiere last week. The premiere of Battle of Warsaw 1920, which was supported by DFDS Seaways took place in central London last week and was attended by the film’s director Jerzy Hoffman, as well as a host of Polish and UK film stars.

The film was introduced by HE Ambassador Barbara Tuge-Erecińska and the film's UK distributor Włodzimierz Witkowski. Also in attendance, and the guest of honour of the evening, was the Polish Under-Secretary of State in The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Beata Stelamach.

The event was undertaken by the Polish Embassy, working in close collaboration with DFDS Seaways. The film is now playing in cinemas all around the UK.
