Which? Ferry Company Do You Want To Travel With?
The DFDS Seaways UK passenger routes have been awarded with a prestigious industry accolade, beating fierce competition from other major ferry operators.
Following an extensive consumer survey carried out in January 2011, the consumer body Which? has named DFDS Seaways as its only ‘Recommended Provider’ for ferry travel.
In results published in the July issue of Which? Travel magazine, DFDS Seaways scored above average in all aspects of the research, especially for ease of booking and value for money, and achieved an overall customer score of 72%.
The Which? Recommended Provider status is awarded to those services that have performed to the highest standards in Which?’s rigorous testing and analysis. The survey approached almost 6,500 consumers across the UK and it was the 33% of consumers who had travelled by ferry within the last two years who were called upon to answer questions about the ferry companies.
There are daily sailings each way on the Newcastle to Amsterdam route and three to four weekly sailings to Denmark from Harwich and 12 daily sailings from Dover to Dunkirk. To book your ferry crossing, or for more information about the DFDS Seaways ferry routes, visit www.dfdsseaways.co.uk
