PSA Bonding - For Your Peace of Mind

DFDS Seaways is a bonded member of the PSA ( Passenger Shipping Association ). This is similar to ABTA and ATOL protection, and means that your money is safe in the very unlikely event that the company should fail, when you purchase a package product that consists of a ferry crossing and ashore arrangements.

PSA Bonding covers the following:

• Any deposits paid to the DFDS Seaways for an outstanding trip.
• Cover costs/expenses of repatriation of customers back to the UK if the company goes into administration mid-holiday.
• The PSA bond covers package holidays operated by ferry companies, but not A to B crossings. This includes our mini cruise breaks, hotel breaks and festive cruise break range.
