Alkmaar Cheese Market – 2-night mini cruise breakIf you are a cheese lover then this is the break for you. Visit Alkmaar cheese market in Waagplein, one of the country’s most popular tourist attractions and one of only four traditional Dutch cheese factories still in existence. Watch as the dealers bring out their cheeses, in traditional dress, to display them in the marketplace. After sampling the cheese markets produce, make the most of your remaining time to explore the local shops and museums of Alkmaar before returning to the cruise ferry for your journey home.

Haarlem - 2-night mini cruise breakTake a day trip to Haarlem, the city of flowers. A pocket-sized, relaxed, version of Amsterdam, this town is untouched by modern developments and boasts a historical medieval layout. A tourist’s paradise, Haarlem is brimming with historical sites, buildings and museums criss-crossed by scenic waterways.
