Amending a booking online is quick and easy. There's now no reason to pay for phone calls, or even telephone booking fees, as you can do it all online, at a time that is convenient to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Below are a couple of step by step guides on how to do the most common amendments online. ​

How to amend your booking

Amending an existing booking can be achieved in a few simple steps detailed below: 

Dover to France

  1. Click on the amend button at the top of the home page
  2. Log on using the e-mail address and password that you made the original booking with 
  3. Select the booking you want to amend 
  4. Once in the booking select which part of the booking you want to amend from the bottom of the page
  5. ​Confirm any changes
Please note any extra charges will need to be paid before the changes are confirmed. Credit card fees apply

 

Newcastle to Amsterdam

  1. Click on the amend button at the top of the home page
  2. Log on using the e-mail address and password that you made the original booking with 
  3. Click Amend booking from the left hand menu and select the booking you wish to amend
  4. Once in the booking go through the steps amending the parts you need to
  5. ​Confirm any changes
  6. Please note any extra charges will need to be paid before the changes are confirmed. Credit card fees apply​

How to amend my password online

If for any reason you cannot remember your password to access your booking online, simply follow the steps below to reset your password.

Dover-France

  • Click on the Amend button at the top of the home page
  • Click on the Dover Dunkirk/Calais button
  • Click reset password

An email will then be sent to your email with a link to reset your password. Please note passwords are case sensitive. 

Newcastle-Amsterdam

  • Click on the Amend button at the top of the home page
  • Click on the Newcastle/Amsterdam button
  • ​Click send me my password at the bottom of the page


An email will then be sent to your email with a link to reset your password. Please note passwords are case sensitive.  

How to pay outstanding balances - (Not available on Dover routes)

Payment of journeys and other products must be made when you book unless otherwise noted. 

If you booked with any of our Promotional Deposit Schemes the deposit is equal to 25% of the booking value, plus insurance premiums and booking fee. Deposit are payable in full at the time of booking. Full payment of balance is due at least 70 days before departure.  This will be debited from your card automatically on the date shown on your confirmation

If you wish to pay before this date or there is no date on your confirmations please log in to your booking and make payment​.

Add meals to your booking - (Not available on Dover Routes)

  • ​​Once logged in click on the "your bookings" icon
  • Click on the Newcastle – Amsterdam /Copenhagen Oslo link at the bottom of the page
  • Continue through the booking process as you did when you first made your booking.
  • Select your required meals
  • Lastly, make payment and enter your credit/debit card details in again.
  • Please note: A processing fee of 2% will be charged when using a credit card.
