The only ferry route from the UK into Scandinavia provides an excellent gateway to discover the beauty of the Nordics. We operate two to four crossings per week from Harwich in Essex to Esbjerg on the west coast of Denmark depending on the time of year.

Sailing overnight, you'll enjoy an evening of entertainment and relaxation before arriving in the morning ready to explore Denmark, Sweden, Norway and beyond.

Arriving in Esbjerg on the western coast of Denmark, you'll begin to see why it's a great place for a holiday or short break. Exciting cities, authentic villages and stunning natural vistas await you, and it's so easy to immerse yourself in Danish culture by driving the Marguerite Route.

If you'd like to see even more, you'll find it's a pleasant drive across the country into Sweden via the Øresund Bridge, or continue via our ferry to Norway . As well as being the Gateway to Scandinavia , our ferry route also makes it easy to access northern Germany.
