Our ferries to Holland depart everyday from our port in North Shields in Newcastle, and connecting to our ferry port is simple. You can drive and park your car in our secure on-site car park only steps away from our modern ferries. Alternatively, why not take advantage of our affordable rates for taking your car onboard providing you with transport and freedom to fully explore Holland once the ferry arrives at Amsterdam. We also have a dedicated shuttle bus service, which you can use to travel from Newcastle Central Station to our ferry port from only £3.50 pp each way at 14:45 and once again at 15:45.

The ferry to Holland from Newcastle will leave at 17:00 daily and arrive at the Ijmuiden port, Amsterdam at approximately 09:30. Onboard DFDS ferries are a great deal of facilities such as shops where you can purchase items such as clothing, jewellery and children’s toys, bars, restaurants, a cinema and so much more. Each cabin is spacious, modern, and comfortable – and of course boasts a private en-suite bathroom so you are sure to be at home whilst on your way to Holland.
