One of the best ways is using the DFDS Seaways ferries to Europe, sailing to Holland and Denmark. If you take your car or other motor vehicle to Europe, then you can travel with your pet too, whether it’s a dog, cat or ferret under the PETS travel scheme.

Please note: Pets can only be transported onboard our ferries if you take a motor vehicle. Pets must be kept in the owner’s cars, or in a kennel, and are not allowed around the ship or in cabins. Cats cannot be placed in kennels onboard.
