"Top Class Service From Start to Finish"
Group of 16 motorcyclists boarded the "PRINCESS SEAWAYS" on 23 June en route to Assen for the TT. We were very impressed indeed. Our prized bikes were very well looked after on the transport deck. The tie down facilities are second to none (this is really important to use bikers) and no one should worry about leaving their bikes with DFDS Seaways.
The whole team were very well fed and watered in the 7 Seas restaurant, which is a must place to visit for any traveller. The entertainment was just up our street in the disco bar and our team winning the bingo was the icing on the cake. Cabins are perfect with enough room for all our biking gear too.
Top class service from start to finish big thanks to all concerned both on board and those at shore side.
Cant wait for next year.

"Extremely Professional"
Radio Forth, based in Edinburgh have now worked with DFDS Seaways for a total of 6 listener trips to Amsterdam, with the 7th planned for later this year. The staff, both office and crew have been exceptionally helpful from all aspects involved in organising each event.
I would thoroughly recommend working with DFDS to any future clients. Everyone at DFDS is very professional to deal with and in result made each of our events a lot more enjoyable to run.

"Each trip has been so enjoyable"
We are regular travellers with DFDS Seaways and I would like to say that this year we have visited Amsterdam twice as well as taking an Antwerp city break, and visiting Keukenhof gardens.
Each trip has been so enjoyable - so much so that we are returning to Keukenhof again in April - It is a veritable explosion of colour and superb designs.
A new break we are trying this year is a taste of the Fjords. As the group's holiday coordinator for South Tyneside U3A I must say I find DFDS Seaways staff really helpful when planning our trips and pleasant to deal with.
The rates are very reasonable and good value for money. I would certainly recommend anyone to travel with DFDS Seaways for any trips they offer.

A big Thank you for helping me with all the booking, etc. It all went like clockwork, We all had a brilliant time on board especially with the all-inclusive, what a brilliant idea, we all had terrific value for money and the food really was excellent and everyone agreed we should do it again sometime.

"Rolls-Royce Treatment"
‘I took a Rally of 23 pre-war Rolls-Royces with 45 drivers and passengers to Denmark last September and the organisation was truly ‘Rolls-Royce’. The booking department was most patient in dealing with all the alterations over a period of some 12 months.
They made arrangements so that we were able to dine as a group on both the outward and the return journey; the staff on board were again most helpful by seeing that part of the lounge was reserved for our use and also letting me sample the wines to choose for our farewell dinner on the return journey; this was an excellent meal.
It was also a nice surprise to find an e-mail on our return to check that everything went all right.

"High Standard of Customer Service"
My student group thoroughly enjoyed the two crossings with DFDS Seaways: specifically the live entertainment, karaoke, cinema, the sailing experience, and the high standard of customer service.
I am the member of staff in my team who tends to organize off-campus activities for our students so I hope to arrange another crossing with DFDS next year. Our students certainly enjoy the experience!

"Our Sales Co-ordinator Could Not Do Enough For Us"
From initial contact right through to the well received e-mail after the trip to see how things had went, we had one point of contact. Considering the additions and amendments made to our stag party of 32, our sales co-ordinator could not do enough for us, and nothing was too much hassle.
We booked the overnight stay in Amsterdam but ended up finding the ferry trip to be the most enjoyable part of the whole trip, and we would definitely use DFDS again for any future trips. We could not recommend the trip highly enough, and found everyone associated with DFDS Seaways to be very pleasant and accomodating.

From start to finish, DFDS could not have done more to meet our needs and with over 400 in our group, that was not easy.
The sea crossing was one of the highlights of our holiday and the Scandinavian buffet was voted ‘outstanding’ by our youngsters and leaders alike.
