Esbjerg’s beach is also within walking distance from the town while regular ferries to the island of Fanø provide an excellent opportunity for you and your family to enjoy a spot of wildlife watching at one of the Europe’s most popular locations for migrating birds.

Though compact, Esbjerg offers plenty for you and your friends to enjoy. Exploring the town you'll soon notice the imposing gothic Water Tower - a visit here affords some great views across the harbour and marshlands.
