Wildlife observations

Wildlife Observations

Once you are familiar with North Sea wildlife, you will be taken up to our observation deck by your Wildlife Officer, Rachael or Kerry. From here, overlooking the impressive sea views, you can survey the sea for dolphins, whales, birds and porpoise in their natural habitat. There is a deck watch in the evening and again in the early morning, so you can enjoy the sunrise and try to spot wildlife as you approach into port. Afterwards, come into the new ORCA Wildlife Centre and stick your sightings on our map, as well as getting your family sightings pack with certificates of the species you have spotted. ORCA also have binoculars that you can borrow for the cost of a small donation to the charity.
