Gateway to Europe

ferry

If you’re looking to travel to Europe from the UK, and in the past you used the Norfolkline Dover to Dunkirk route, then don’t worry. Not only have we taken over the Dover-Dunkirk route, but we also have 2 other routes to France - Dover-Calais and Newhaven-Dieppe. This makes our ferry crossings the perfect way to open the gateway to Europe and explore the continent at your own pace. All of our ports are well-connected, with easy access to major holiday areas and destinations in France, Belgium, Holland and Germany, as well as further afield such as Scandinavia or eastern Europe.

Dover-Dunkirk

Previously operated by Norfolkline, our route from Dover to Dunkirk is our most convenient route for exploring France, Belgium, Holland, Germany and beyond. In just 2 hours you can cross from Dover and be back on the road heading to your destination. There are 24 daily sailings, running day and night, so you’re sure to find a crossing which suits you.

Dover-Calais

Our ferry from Dover takes just 90 minutes to sail to Calais, and from here there are excellent motorway links to the rest of France. We operate 20 daily sailings between Dover and Calais, plus you can also return from Dunkirk, whichever is more convenient for you.

Newhaven-Dieppe

Heading to Normandy, Paris or western France? Our port in Dieppe is the perfect entry point for you. Not only is Dieppe the closest port to Paris, but you can also access western, central and southern France, including beautiful areas of Normandy, and cities such as Amiens, Rouen and more. Crossings are quick too, taking just 4 hours.

Relax onboard

While our crossings from the UK to France are short, there’s certainly no shortage of things to do! As you sail, relax with a drink in one of our onboard bars, with big screen TVs so you can catch up on the latest news and sport. We also have self-service restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat. Kids will love being out on deck, but there’s also a kids’ play area to keep the little ones entertained the whole way.
