First Class Lounge Opening Times
The First Class Lounge is open on all departures between 8:00 and 18:00 inclusive, but is closed for sailings between 20:00 and 6:00. Priority boarding and disembarkation is also restricted to these times.

Alternatively, you can upgrade onboard the ship for £15 (subject to availability) by visiting our customer service desk.
We regret you are currently unable to amend your booking online.
Please note, if you move your departure time to another sailing on the day of travel (e.g. on the sailing prior to, or immediately after the one you have a reservation for) without making your amendment in advance via our call centre, you will be unable to transfer your First Class Lounge access and priority boarding with your reservation.
Terms and conditions*:
Priority loading and disembarkation is available for cars only (<2.4m in height) and is only available on sailings between 8am – 6pm.
Between the above times, vehicles must be checked in and waiting to board 1 hour prior to departure; first arrivals will be the first to board. In the event of you requiring the use of the lift, you will be offered a choice of parking where you will receive priority disembarkation or a parking space near a lift.
The First Class lounge is not accessible to children under the age of 8 years old.
** Food and drink ordered from the Bistro menu is not included in the cost of the First Class Lounge upgrade.
