Amending a booking online is quick and easy. There's now no reason to pay for phone calls, or even telephone booking fees, as you can do it all online, at a time that is convenient to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Below are a couple of step by step guides on how to do the most common amendments online.​

How to amend your booking

Amending an existing booking can be achieved in a few simple steps detailed below: 

Dover to France, Newcastle to Amsterdam & Baltic Sea Routes

  1. Click on the amend button at the top of the home page
  2. Log on using the e-mail address and password that you made the original booking with 
  3. Select the booking you want to amend 
  4. Once in the booking select which part of the booking you want to amend from the bottom of the page
  5. ​Confirm any changes
  6. Print and download your booking confirmation for your records.
Please note any extra charges will need to be paid before the changes are confirmed. Credit card fees apply. 

Unfortunately you are unable to amend a booking once you completed the first leg of travel. 
 

Download your booking confirmation

Booking confirmation emails typically arrive within about 30 minutes, but sometimes take longer depending which email provider you use.

Please check your Spam, Trash, Junk or Bulk email folders for the booking confirmation email. Some email providers occasionally incorrectly divert legitimate emails to these folders.

If you have not received a booking confirmation email, please visit your account here​ and download a copy of your booking confirmation by following​​ these easy steps; 
  1. ​​​​Click on the amend button at the top of the home page

  2. Select the route you are travelling on

  3. Login using the email address and password you made your original booking with​​

  4. Select the booking you wish to view/print the confirmation​

  5. Click on print and dow​​nload booking confirmation (pdf) icon

  6. Print con​firmation. 

How to amend my password online

If for any reason you cannot remember your password to access your booking online, simply follow the steps below to reset your password.

Dover to France, newcastle to amsterdam & baltic sea routes

  • Click on the Amend button at the top of the home page
  • Click on the Dover Dunkirk/Calais button
  • Click reset password

An email will then be sent to your email with a link to reset your password. Please note passwords are case sensitive.
