Calais Ferry Port
DFDS customers will need to pass through passport controls before reaching the check-in points. When travelling to the port, please allow adequate time in order to complete the check-in process. A minimum of 45 minutes (90 minutes for busy sailings) prior to the sailing departure time for our ferry crossings on Eastern Channel routes
Travelling to the Port of calais
The Port of Calais is directly connected to the European motorway network via two auto routes:
If you’re travelling from the centre of France, Paris or southern Europe, then travel via the A26/E15
From Benelux and northern Europe, take the A16/E40
From Normandy and western France, take the A16/E402
Free public car park in front of the terminal building.
This is an unsecured car park and owners leave their vehicles there at their own risk.
