Our Newhaven Dieppe ferry provides a convenient gateway to central, southern and western France and beyond. Choose to travel with your car, caravan, motorhome, motorcycle​, and bicycle or even on foot, and unlike flying, there's no need to worry about baggage restrictions as you can pack as much as you like into your vehicle. You can even take your pets for a small extra charge. ​

From famous cities such as Paris, Rouen and A miens, to the dramatic cliffs and beautiful beaches of France's northern coastline, not to mention its fantastic artistic heritage, France has everything a tourist could ask for.

Northern France is an ideal destination for lovers of the great outdoors, with walking, sailing, fishing, cycling, kayaking, and golfing all available, set in France's beautiful forests, valleys and meadows.

If food and drink are more your thing, then be sure to follow Normandy's celebrated Cheese and Cider Route, stocking up on camembert, Pont L'Évênque, Calvados, and cider along the way. For the young (and the young at heart) you could also head a little further south to the most magical theme park in Europe: Disneyland Paris. Our port in Dieppe is our closest port to Paris, making it the ideal starting point for your journey. ​

Our ferries to Dieppe from the UK depart 2 or 3 times a day (depending on the time of year) and take just 4 hours to reach their destination. View the Newhaven-Dieppe sailing schedule to check our departure times.

With onboard facilities including a restaurant, a shop, and a bar with floor to ceiling windows and stunning sea views, your holiday will start the moment you board. Kids will love being out on deck, and there is also a play area to keep them entertained.

When you book your ferry to Dieppe, you have access to reclining lounge seats during the crossing so you can rest, relax and sleep, but if you prefer you can book your own private cabin for a small extra fee. Each cabin has en suite shower and toilet facilities and two or four comfortable beds, so you can relax and sleep as you sail. You can even take your pets with you for a small extra charge.
